If personal data are collected without the processing being required to fulfill the contract, the processing is carried out on the basis of a consent pursuant to Article 6.1 lit. a) in connection with Article 7 GDPR.

Personal data of the business partners or customers are used for orders of material or services, for the dispatch of goods or the billing.
External service providers commissioned by MTR+ Vertriebs GmbH may also receive personal data for these purposes if they guarantee that suitable technical and organizational measures will be implemented in such a way that processing will be in accordance with the EU-GDPR and the protection of the rights of the person concerned.

The personal data is stored for the duration of the business relationship.
Upon termination of the business relationship, the data categories are held in accordance with the legal retention periods and then deleted. In the period between the termination of the business relationship and the deletion, the processing of this data is restricted.
